What is the hotel's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?

Early check in: Subject to availability from 7:00 am. 50% of the rack rate will be charged, granting the room and breakfast.

Early departure: In the event that the guest anticipates his departure without giving notice to the hotel (48 hours in advance), a charge of 100% of the rate corresponding to one night of rack rate accommodation will be made at the time of check-out. Except in the case of an early departure due to force majeure or demonstrable unforeseeable circumstances, in which 100% of the charge will not be charged.

Late check out: Subject to availability. Between 3:00 pm (3:00 pm) and 7:00 pm (7:00 pm) will be charged 50% of a night's accommodation of the rack rate. After 7:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m.) the full rack rate will be charged.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
